Alhamdulillah. All praised belong to Allah. First of all, please apologize me if my English is not that good since I am trying to polish my English since it has been almost three weeks I just use spoken English instead of written English. So far, my training here goes well since everyone is nice and quite co-operative with a new trainee like me. =)
For the first two weeks, I was put under Health, Environment, Safety and Security (HESS) Department of this terminal before I was changed into Operation Department this week. Thanks to Allah, since I have been exposed with a lot of things that relates to HSE matters. Plus, I can appreciate more on things that I have learned, especially in HSE and Process Safety and Loss Prevention Loss (PSLP) course before. In addition, I was indirectly introduced with several new terms that I found quite interesting such as USECHH Regulations 2000, ISO (Ini Susahkan Orang, as mentioned by Ir Daud during our workshop last week =P), JKKP and many others, which I think it benefits me a lot.
Having my internship here is quite fun, sometimes too tiring but sometimes to relax. As for today, I was given the opportunity to enter the central control room (CCR), anytime I wish to do so. However, since I don't have any other things to do, except to make some draft for my third week report, I might choose to enter that room this afternoon, after having my lunch. Hehe =)
When we talked about CCR, it is related to the things that we have learned in Process Instrumentation (PI) in previous semester. Here, they use a control system that called as PLC, which I'm not so sure what it stands for. However, the most important thing that I've learnt here is how and what makes the Petronas and Shell products differ. Hehehe. =D
After all, the ability to mix around with people, how to communicate with the eldest, the attitudes that we have to show when we attend a formal function and how to escape from traffic in the morning and evening are the best lessons that I've learnt so far. Seems like I dont have any idea on what should I write on for now, till then, Assalamua'laikum wbt =)
~berdoa dan terus mengharapkan redha Illahi...~
